At SIDIZ, we want you to experience ultimate ergonomic comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your chair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original shipping box with all protective internal padding to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
